Terms
Open
Account
We require a minimum
annual volume of $4000. and a satisfactory credit check and Account
Application to establish an open account. Yearly volume can
be estimated based on the first 90 days volume. Our credit terms are
NET 30 EOM, meaning all balances are due by the end of the following
month. A 2% per month, or 24% APR finance charge will accrue on
balances not paid in full. All interest charges will be included in
the balance due. Full balances, including payments and credits are
shown on the monthly statements. Accounts more than 30 days past due
will be placed on COD status.
Credit
Card / Credit Account
Payment can be made by
credit card. We accept Visa and Master Card. You can have us record
your card information in your master file for future use. Your credit
card will not be charged until your order is completed and ready for
shipment. A receipt of charges will be included with your order.
COD
Orders
can be returned COD via UPS. Included in the balance is a charge of
$7.75 to cover additional UPS charges. Payments accepted
by UPS are company or certified checks and money orders.
Volume
Based Discounts
We offer
a variety of overall percentage discounts based on yearly volume.
This discount will be determined at the end of each calendar year
and be paid in January of the following year by check or account
credit. Accounts must remain current during the entire year to
qualify for this discount. Please call us for more information.
Shipping
Philadelphia
Photographics uses UPS Ground service as our default shipping. There
is no charge for this service on orders of $150.00 or
more. Shipping for smaller orders will be billed at cost plus a
handling and packaging fee of $2.50, usually totaling $8.50.You may
also specify Next Day Air, 2 Day UPS or Federal Express at any level
of service and insurance. The cost of these services will be added to
your invoice.
Service
Times
We have
published approximate service times for our products. These
times are in-lab days excluding shipping time, weekends and holidays.
Please remember that each different service requires additional
service time. Seasonal variations in work volume may reduce or
increase these times. If the timing of an order is critical, please
call us for a more accurate estimate.
Rush Service
We
always try to honor requests for rush service as volume levels and
circumstances allow. Please call us to verify that we can meet your
needs for each situation. The amount of a rush charge is determined
on a case by case basis and typically ranges from 50% to 200% of the
normal cost depending on the required turnaround time.
Remakes
Our
goal is to be accurate and produce the best quality the first time.
Sometimes your expectations may not be satisfied. Mistakes we have
made will be corrected on a rush basis at no charge. Please return
the original print along with the original envelope and instructions.
Also include a brief description of the problem. Remakes for color,
density and cropping will be honored if clear instructions and
samples were included with original order.
Limit of Liability
The submission of any
film, print, slide, and any digital media for processing or any other
service or purpose will constitute an agreement by you
that if any such film, print, slide or digital media is damaged or
lost by us or any related company, it will be replaced with a
like amount of unexposed film or media. Except for such replacement,
the handling of such film or media is without warranty or
liability even though damage or loss is caused by negligence or other
fault.
