How to Send us Your Photos

1. Click the Print, Share, or View New Photos button above, this will take you to our PhotoCentral home page.
2. Click on the Order Prints button to upload your files.
3. If this is your first time using the upload page, please enable the ActiveX or Java upload control.
4. If you are having trouble uploading, try using the alternate upload page at the bottom of the page.
   
5. Look in the Left Window Pane. Locate a folder containing photos you want to print. When you Click on that folder, your photos will automatically appear in the Top Right Window Pane.
6. To Select photos for printing, use your left mouse button to Drag and Drop photos into the Lower Right Window Pane. Or, to move all the photos at once, click the Select All button.
7. In the right panes you can right-click your mouse to select how you wish to view your photo files (photo thumbnails, details, list, or icons.
8. Click the Edit Caption... link in the lower pane to set the online caption for each photo.
9. Check the TurboUpload box to speed your uploads. When you enable TurboUpload, your photos are optimized for making 4x6 and 5x7 prints PRIOR to uploading. With TurboUpload, you will see a 50-400% decrease in transfer time!
10. Click the Send Button to send your photos to us. When the transfer is complete, you can print, view or share the online album.
11. Send as many photos as you'd like. Plan on one minute of transfer time for each megabyte of photo files you upload. Please be patient during the upload time.
12. Once your file is done uploading, you will be taken to our product order page, where you can select a variety of print sizes.
13. After you are done selecting any additional options, you will ask for billing information.
    
14. No credit card information is required if you are picking up your order at our lab.
15. If you need shipping via UPS, it is a flat fee of $7.50. We will contact you for credit card billing info before we ship.
    
16. We accept (MC,Visa, or Cash) for payment when you pick up your prints at our lab.
17. Once you have submitted your order you will receive a confirmation email after we have downloaded your order to our lab.
18. Orders are normally completed within 24 hours, but please feel free to call and confirm your orders status.
